Qualifications:

Proven track record in a supervisory role, preferably within a high-volume retail or customer-facing environment.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse group of associates.Strong technical aptitude, including comfort with Point of Sale (POS) systems, handheld scanners (PDTs), and basic office software.Solid mathematical foundation for handling cash office duties, payroll reporting, and inventory audits.Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.Physical capability to remain active on the sales floor for the duration of a shift, including lifting up to 25 lbs and navigating stockroom equipment.Benefits:

Store Leadership: Act as the primary Manager on Duty, overseeing opening and closing procedures while maintaining a high-energy "presence" to guide store operations.Safety & Security: Prioritize a secure environment by monitoring store entrances, conducting daily EAS system checks, and ensuring all fire safety and emergency protocols are strictly followed.Operational Excellence: Supervise the Front End to minimize customer wait times, manage associate break schedules, and ensure "Scan and Bag" best practices are followed.Merchandising Oversight: Direct the flow of inventory from the truck to the sales floor, ensuring all departments are recovered, sized, and signed according to company presentation standards.Loss Prevention: Cultivate a culture of awareness to reduce shrinkage, performing package inspections and safeguarding confidential store data and assets.Team Development: Train and mentor Retail Associates and Stockroom Leads, utilizing company recognition programs to reward high performance and fostering an inclusive work environment.Administrative Management: Execute essential back-office tasks including payroll administration, cash pulls, bank deposits, and daily punch edits to ensure operational compliance.Customer Engagement: Lead by example in providing professional and courteous service, resolving customer concerns quickly to maintain the Ross brand reputation.
