Leadership & Oversight: Serve as the primary Manager on Duty, handling store openings, closings, and the general supervision of all personnel.Elevating the Guest Experience: Act as the Area Customer Experience Leader by maintaining high standards of service, managing front-end queues, and ensuring the "treasure hunt" environment is organized and easy to navigate.Safety & Security: Prioritize a secure environment by managing building access, monitoring EAS systems, and conducting regular safety audits to protect both people and assets.Merchandising Excellence: Direct the flow of new inventory from the stockroom to the sales floor, ensuring items are correctly ticketed, sized, and displayed according to brand standards.Operational Integrity: Oversee loss prevention strategies, conduct package inspections, and maintain the cleanliness of fitting rooms and common areas.Administrative Management: Handle payroll tasks, associate scheduling, bank deposits, and transaction approvals with a high level of accuracy and honesty.Mentorship: Train and coach Retail Associates on best practices for checkout productivity and shortage control to foster a high-performing team.
