The customer service representative will be responsible for supporting our operational needs. Expected duration is 1-2 months, but possible for full time placement. Duties: Provide customer support to ensure customer satisfaction Have wholesale customer service experience in the fashion apparel industry is a plus. Self motivated and problem solver with keen attention to detail. Fielding orders from current customers Ability to work well with others Problem solving abilities Fielding customer complaints, documenting and reporting issues Skills Required: Order Entry Update and keep records of all orders received and order changes Sales support by answering any emails Serves as liaison between the customer service and various departments.
