Responsibilities of Apparel Store Associate:

Offers a superior athlete experience by actively conversing with athletes to identify their shopping needs and create a world-class athlete encounter, providing accurate, insightful, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment. Foreseeing the athlete's requirements and actively driving sales through product recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs.Assists with onboarding and training new and existing team members (as a specialist in their store sector) by concentrating on best practices, exceptional sales skills, and essential operational procedures. Functions as a go-to expert in designated process categories to ensure effective execution and high productivity.Demonstrates efficiency and effectiveness in executing processes while maintaining a focus on the athlete's well-being; ensures that products are prepared for athletes to purchase and that athletes are engaged according to their preferences.Upkeeps alignment with company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor set blueprints, signage requirements, price alterations, inventory presentation, replenishment criteria, etc.Promotes and stimulates customer engagement in company activities, like loyalty programs, warranty sales, and enrolling in private label credit cards.Maintains a store environment that upholds the values of respect and inclusivity among all individuals, encompassing both teammates and sports enthusiasts, through strict adherence to established safety guidelines, loss prevention strategies, and operational procedures, as well as the standards set by external regulatory bodies.Qualifications of Apparel Store Associate:
