The ideal candidate will have experience in creating accurate and detailed technical specifications (specs) and grading patterns to ensure consistency in sizing and fit across all styles. The Spec and Grading Specialist will work closely with the design and production teams to ensure that all garments meet our high standards for quality and fit. Responsibilities: Minimum of 2 years of experience in spec and grading for clothing.
