Apparel Designer, Athleisure & Outerwear, is a full-time position requiring an experienced designer to create fashion-forward athleisure and outerwear products, focusing on comfort and technical execution. Key Responsibilities: Translate trends and insights into commercially successful product designs Create detailed tech packs and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout development and production Research emerging trends and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Required Qualifications: 7+ years in apparel design with a strong portfolio in athleisure and/or outerwear Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and ideally 3D design tools Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and performance fabrics Experience in managing development calendars and vendor communication Ability to thrive in a high SKU count, fast-paced environment
