Utilize strong garment construction and production knowledge to create functional and high-quality designs.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for growth within the apparel market.
Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate new and unique design concepts.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Maintain a strong attention to detail to ensure all designs meet quality and brand standards.
Communicate and present design concepts effectively to team members and stakeholders.
Continuously evaluate and adjust designs based on feedback from team members and consumers.
