Apparel Designer

A leader in the outdoor retail industry is hiring an Apparel Designer for a 3-month contract. Occasional on-site work in Seattle, WA. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is required; working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Figma/FigJam is a plus.3+ years of experience in apparel or product design, with a proven ability to create and apply a design point of view to guide product direction.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage personal workflow independently and meet deadlines within a product development calendar.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to gather and apply market trends to inform design direction, with a related degree or equivalent relevant industry experience considered.
