Customer Communication (e-mails and phone calls) Retrieving missing information i.e. credit cards, contact info, addresses etc. Coordinating shipments and approvals to ship including scheduling and providing tracking Providing documentation upon request i.e. sales orders, invoice copies, return authorizations Reviewing and communicating account statuses and standing including shipping, past due amounts, cancel and drops Resolving customer issues (damages, ship errors, ship schedules, overcharges, returns) Sales Team Communication Retrieving missing information i.e. credit cards, contact info, addresses etc. communication daily coordinating the above Account Database Management Creating customers in the Customer Master Maintaining and updating account information Maintaining consistency of account information Ensuring all data on Orders and Customer Master are valid and accurate Order Fulfillment Processing orders for boutiques, Pistola staff personals, Canada shipments, PR, Influencers and gifting Allocating styles upon receipt at warehouse Issuing pick tickets and pre-authorizing credit cards Invoicing and charging credit cards Creating shipments and shipment documents Following up with production on incoming and late styles Reporting Open sales order report weekly to reps Weekly Customer Service Report EOD/Daily paid invoices report via Global EOD/Daily N41 payment report RA reports for QC, Production, Ship Error metrics (periodically upon request) Misc. Coordinating with multiple departments to ensure shipments are dispatched in a timely manner in accordance to delivery dates Attending major tradeshows Other misc. projects as assigned
