Responsibilities of Apparel Advisor:

Enhances the athlete's retail journey through active engagement with athletes to discern their shopping requirements and provide a superior athlete experience, offering clear, precise, and expert details on products and inventory. Predicting the athlete's demands and increasing sales through product suggestions and a comprehensive understanding of athlete needs.Supports in the orientation and instruction of new and current team members (as a subject matter expert in their store division) by emphasizing optimal practices, outstanding sales proficiencies, and essential operational processes. Serves as the key expert in designated process categories to secure smooth execution and heightened productivity.Shows proficiency and effectiveness in process execution while keeping the athlete's needs at the forefront; ensures that products are ready for athletes to purchase and that athletes are engaged in the manner they prefer.Ensures conformity with company merchandising and presentation benchmarks by adhering to specified floor arrangement blueprints, signage mandates, pricing modifications, inventory exhibition, replenishment criteria, and similar directives.Encourages active customer participation in company schemes, such as loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label credit card registrations.Establishes a retail setting that prioritizes respect and inclusivity for all individuals, whether team members or sports fans, while ensuring adherence to safety regulations, loss prevention practices, and operational protocols, as well as the requirements of external governing bodies.Qualifications of Apparel Advisor:
