Production and Order Processing: Schedule and facilitate order pass off meetings Communicate all CAD, tech pack, art submissions due dates Ensure all CAD, tech pack and art timelines are sent to the factories by the due dates Write all orders summaries and submit to the factories Own the master Fit, PP & TOP requirement sheets Own all WIPS and work with multiple factories Facilitate weekly internal & factory WIP meetings Main point of contact for factory on approvals on colors, screens & fabric Manage Trim information for Factory Lead retailer contact for purchase orders, shipping, tickets & cads Purchase Orders – follow up on po receipt, po revision requests and deliveries Shipping Information – Liaison between retailer and shipping department Update Retailer PO status report weekly Work with shipping department daily on orders in inventory, extensions, and purchase orders Job Type: Full-time Salary: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Experience level: 10 years Schedule: Monday to Friday Travel requirement: No travel Ability to commute/relocate: Los Angeles, CA 90079: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
