Anthropologie Group Senior Manager of Social Media Content

Role Summary: Anthropologie Group is seeking a highly creative, fashion-forward, and culturally fluent leader to oversee Social Media Content across the portfolio. We are looking for someone with exceptional taste and a strong visual point of view — someone deeply immersed in fashion, culture, creators, and social behavior. The ideal candidate is an ideas machine: constantly spotting trends, identifying cultural opportunities, and turning them into socially native content that drives engagement, conversation, and brand relevance. This role is for someone who is highly collaborative and thrives in a cross-functional environment, seamlessly partnering with Creative, Merchandising, Marketing, and Brand teams on briefs, ideation, concepting, and evolving content strategies in real time to bring socially native ideas to life. This individual will lead the development of social content across all key channels and oversee a team responsible for concepting, shooting, creator partnerships, content planning, and execution across Anthropologie Group brands.
