Role Responsibilities Customer Experience Partners with the field teams on the creation of an engaging experience that appeals to the Anthro customer Leads and supports visual initiatives & direction to evolve the retail experience As the brand experience, product categories, and omni-channel capabilities expand creates an environment that provides an engaging and personalized experience for each customer Leadership + Team Management Advises store leadership in maintaining a visually compelling store to drive sales and meet budget while upholding presentation standards and high level of craft Partners closely with store and district leadership to plan and execute projects; Prioritizing the overall store & visual team objectives (including display & merchandising team/s).
