As a Sales Associate in our Ann Mashburn Houston shop, you will be responsible for demonstrating the brand values in how you engage with and take care of customers. Make all customers feel welcome and taken care of by exceeding their expectations and providing an exceptional brand experience Demonstrate deep knowledge of the products and styling to advise customers of all shapes, sizes, and ages Maintain an active client book, contacting clients regularly and providing appropriate follow-up Create meaningful relationships with customers to personalize interactions, build loyalty, and develop brand ambassadors Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals Work as a team player, partnering with fellow associates and fostering open communication, to ensure a consistent customer experience and contribute to a positive working environment Maintain a strong desire to continue to learn and grow every day Represent Mashburn with pride within the community Maintain seamless operations and processes according to brand guidelines
