ANALYST, RAW MATERIAL PLANNING

The role is to support the data, reporting, analytics and improvements of the processes to ensure efficient and effective monthly planning and seasonal transition with a specific focus on raw material planning. Fully understand the business need and objectives of the assigned Brand/business segment to support and further enhance the business objectives Work with pre-season and cross-functional teams such as inventory management, global merchandising planning, and Product Development to understand the raw material data andneeds, demands and constraints of each functional area Manage  analytical reporting and dashboard that support seasonal & monthly planning engine and proactively identify risks and resolutions. Create and follow seasonal & monthly buying volume reports, raw material production plans and product trends; Flag risks, delivery timeline and costing when significant shifts occur Work with resource planning team, raw material team, inventory management and regional team to flag raw material risk and build mechanism for resolution and optimization Coordinate company initiatives, special projects and necessary timelines to support global supply team including resource planning/raw materials planning, and affiliates for the assigned brand/segment Track key programs and KPIs with regional planning team, resource planning team and fabric planning, to ensure on time delivery Work closely with pre-season, resource planning team and capacity team to evaluate and build standard process for late-adds Document key processes and train planners on planning reports/dashboards to support their decision makings Drive process improvements and in-season planning optimization to support the design and implementation of the new global supply chain systems Qualifications: BS in Engineering, Statistics, Supply Chain or related area Minimum two years in planning/business analytics/supply chain background preferred Must have strong analytical skills, Excel, SQL, SAP (or other ERP/planning systems), Alteryx (preferred) and good understanding of IT systems Have experience with master data and reporting Experience with  data visualization tool like PowerBI and Tableau is preferred Strong problem solving and project management skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Detailed-oriented Apparel experience preferred EOE M/F/Disability/Vets
