Analyst, Product Testing - Footwear

Simply click APPLY ONLINE and follow the steps to upload your application. \- Work with the Footwear Developers to understand both product functionality and the needs of athletes in the running, training, and basketball categories to select the appropriate tester to analyze the fit, comfort, performance, and durability of each product \- Focus efforts to support assigned projects, including the testing of the performance running and the performance basketball categories \- Apply knowledge of construction, components, materials, and lasts to appropriately analyze complex performance running and basketball product \- Keep continuous communication and follow up with the testers for feedback while keeping the Product Developer informed on all findings \- Summarize findings and compile results of testers' evaluations, crosscheck evaluations with testers, and review shoe fit and performance with Product Developer \- Make recommendations for product improvement as needed based on the testing feedback \- Maintain and update our Product Database with all relevant information of articles being tested \- Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience with 5+ years of experience in Product Testing or Retail/Sales/Customer Service within the performance footwear environment \- Passion for the sport of Running and/or Basketball is a plus \- Team player with strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to interact with internal and external partners \- Microsoft Office experience; Access is a plus \- Attention to detail and analytic problem-solving skills \- Ability to travel up to 10% and maintain in-office availability at least 2 days per week ## Job description
