Analyst i, Application Support

Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job \- Work as part of project team to aid in the rollout of new applications, upgrades and enhancements. Assist in planning, UAT, and managing timelines and tasks as needed for these projects \- Provide daily production support and help resolve any application problems in a prompt and efficient manner. Maintain policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of business applications \- Provide on-call and off hours support as required to keep critical applications and systems operational \- 1-3 years of Application Support experience \- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent work experience \- Troubleshooting and analysis skills with the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical personnel \- Experience using SQL for querying and Project Management \- Able to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment and able to learn new applications, concepts and skills \- Self-organized and able to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail \- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within retail and wholesale industries is a plus Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job \- Work as part of project team to aid in the rollout of new applications, upgrades and enhancements.
