Execute reporting and analysis across the organization to understand daily website health Closely working with IT partners in Data Labs and Business Intelligence to build and provide brand teams with visualization tools for performance dashboards Partnering with brand and product teams to capture requirements for business success Creating custom alerts for the customers journey to proactively find issues Use clickstream, user behavior, and conversion patterns to identify potential issues intraday Provide guidance to cross-functional partners and global counterparts on web analytics best practices to maintain alignment across Tapestry brands and regions Provide analytic support to measure sales performance, analyze promotional results Learning on the Fly: Learns quickly when facing new problems; a relentless and versatile learner; open to change; analyzes both successes and failures for clues to improvement; experiments and will try anything to find solutions; enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks; quickly grasps the essence and the underlying structure of anything.
