AFFILIATE MARKETING MANAGER

Adecco Creative & Marketing is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager for a huge retail grocery chain in the US. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will manage and scale the Affiliate Marketing program, driving repeat purchases on the store banners’ site and new customer acquisition by working directly with multiple cross-functional and third-party partners. Own the program from ideation to execution and iteration. Essential Job Functions: Implement, manage, and grow the companies affiliate program with an emphasis on testing and measurement Manage multiple affiliate vendors running multiple platforms and programs consecutively Manage annual Affiliate Marketing budget to drive positive year over year incremental growth Lead new affiliate integration projects with IT Find new affiliate partnerships resulting in new revenue and customers Work with other marketing channel owners to achieve marketing message cohesion Analyze the performance of affiliate partners and negotiate changes to relationship if necessary Minimum Position Requirements: 4+ years of experience in digital affiliate marketing within an ecommerce or multi-channel retailer Performance-oriented marketer who has demonstrated success in developing, implementing, and optimizing affiliate or partnership marketing programs Data driven individual translating metrics into action to drive business outcomes Experience managing budgets Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g., Rakuten, CJ Affiliate) required Self-starter with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Desired Previous Job Experience/Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related area preferred Experience running all aspects of affiliate marketing for large retailer SEO experience a plus Success working in fast-paced environment with demonstrated strong business results Experience sharing out business results and opportunity for optimization with internal stakeholders Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.adeccousa.com/candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records
