Aesthetics Training Manager, Skinceuticals

These trainings and seminars are designed to enhance the knowledge of the SkinCeuticals brand, protocols, and science to our external customers, staff members, and consumers. This position will work in designated regions and support the training needs of customers within, but not limited to, Flagships, SkinLabs, Corporate Accounts, high growth opportunity accounts, and accounts new to the SkinCeuticals brand. The Aesthetics Training Manager will also support Education and Sales programs that correlate to brand initiatives (i.e., Professional and Master programs, social selling, etc.) * In collaboration with sales leaders, maintains a consistent call plan with the local sales team to create a fair rotation ensuring every territory can utilize the Aesthetics Training Manager in an effective and impactful manner. * Maintains a professional social profile on sites deemed appropriate by leadership; posts regularly on education initiatives, builds aesthetic community via social platforms, posts brand-provided assets and adheres to the L'Oréal social guidelines set forth by the company.
