Administrative & Order Processing Coordinator (Full-Time, In-Person) Location: Los Angeles, CA 90021 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience) Job Type: Full-Time Benefits: Paid Time Off What You’ll Do • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently in N41 • Maintain and update style information — including drops, extensions, and cancellations • Support the sales team by providing real-time updates and communicating order changes promptly • Track orders from start to finish, monitoring ship dates and identifying potential delays • Respond to internal and external inquiries with professionalism and consistency • Conduct regular audits to ensure order and data accuracy • Troubleshoot order or data issues and escalate when needed • Assist with administrative tasks to support smooth day-to-day operations • Follow all company policies and participate in ongoing training and process improvements What We’re Looking For • Previous experience in administrative support, order processing, or data management (preferred but not required) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and order management systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • A team player who values collaboration and consistency Why You’ll Love Working Here • Be part of a tight-knit, collaborative team where your work makes a real impact • Exposure to multiple departments — design, production, and sales • Opportunities to develop administrative and data management skills • A stable full-time role with paid time off and long-term growth potential
