As the Administrative Assistant, Store Leadership Team, you are accountable for coordinating the activities of several leaders within the department while also helping maintain day-to-day office operations. Who Are You: Minimum of three-five years relevant experience working with an executive office team and providing service to the public. Strong attention to detail Experience working in a fast paced environment with the ability to multitask/problem solve Excellent organization and prioritization skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills As The Administrative Assistant, Store Leadership Team, You Will: Organize in-office and special events as required by the leader’s office which includes invitations, facilities, and catering arrangements.
