Drexel's top-flight Fashion Design major is a studio-based, boutique-style undergraduate program that trains the next generation of creative thinkers for the fashion industry. Essential Functions • Teach and support students in developing 3D fashion design skills using CLO software • Lead demonstrations and troubleshooting sessions via Zoom (live or pre-recorded) • Provide feedback on students’ simulated garments and pattern work • Guide students through technical and aesthetic digital garment creation • Maintain course materials, communication, and grading in line with program goals • Facilitate inclusive critiques to support diverse learning and design development Preferred Qualifications • Master’s degree or significant industry experience in 3D garment design • Experience teaching or mentoring advanced design students at the college level • Knowledge of sustainability practices in fashion and digital workflows • Experience developing garments for virtual production or digital runway
