Adjunct Faculty Instructor - Sportswear

The instructor will teach courses focused on advanced sportswear design and construction, prepare lesson plans and demonstrations, and deliver clear, structured instruction in a studio classroom setting. Qualifications Strong Teaching and hands-on demonstration skills, with experience facilitating hands-on learning in a studio or classroom environment.Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and provide supportive, actionable feedback.Professional experience in fashion design, particularly knits and sportswear, including patternmaking, garment construction, and industry practices.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fashion Design or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience.Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices and the ability to support learners with diverse backgrounds and skill levels.Strong organizational skills and reliability in meeting scheduled class times, grading responsibilities, and school policies.
