As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while managing staff, inventory, and sales goals. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve store objectives and provide outstanding customer service.Oversee daily operations including inventory management, merchandising, and store maintenance.Conduct employee orientation, training, and development to enhance team performance.Manage scheduling, payroll, and budgeting to ensure efficient store operations.Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to optimize product availability.Handle cash management processes including cash handling and reconciliation.Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and team management. Proficient in employee recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.Experience in payroll processing.Knowledge of inventory management systems and POS technology.Proven supervisory experience with a focus on team management in a retail setting.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.Familiarity with retail sales techniques and merchandising strategies.Ability to manage shifts efficiently while maintaining operational standards.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results.
