Maintain core spec within product category/fabric. Conducts live weekly Missy/Plus fittings with design team to determine what fit and construction changes are necessary to achieve Design’s requirements. Advise repair options to factories on fit or quality related issues. Build relationships/partnerships with internal/external team members Qualifications / Job Skills Understands how to create a technical package and assign points of measure that will progress a style through development and secure the fit during production process. Ability to conduct a fitting on a live model and communicate pattern changes to create the desired look and fit.
