Job Description - read carefully Must have very good verbal and written communication skills Minimum 3 years of previous experience Strong analytical and quantitative Proficient and STRONG in MS Excel, MS Word Working closely with Sales and Operations team to ensure wholesale orders are released as quickly as possible Resolving credit issues with the factor and customers and analyze chargebacks Monitor AR aging and ensure compliance with payment terms Reconcile AR schedules against the balance sheet accounts Assist with month end closing procedures It’s all in-house chargebacks - company wants people who have worked with WALMART OR TARGET any big box stores.
