Design Your Future at PVHAccounts Payable Supervisor - PVH Corp.POSITION SUMMARY:  The Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for providing overall direction and guidance to the staff of the department.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:  Supervise daily work of 6 direct reports and/or be backup as needed of Direct Reports who are responsible for processing invoices in S4 as well asAriba system Ariba PCard ReconciliationIDOC (Interface) reconciliationsProcessing utility invoicesCorporate invoicesTommy Hilfiger Licensing InvoicesUS and Canadian American Express Card Account Reconciliation AP AdministratorResponsible for daily review / reconciliation of bank reportsReview daily vendor maintenance reportProcess manual payment runs as neededProcess all voids/stop payments of checksInvestigate and resolve ACH & EFT bank rejectionsPrepare and apply manual wires for Canadian and USD currenciesEscheatment processReview and post invoice batches Create, verify accuracy of complex templates and upload/release using Winshuttle and/or SAP S4 HANA upload toolRun reports in SAP and oversee retrieval of invoices for Audits as neededReview and approve direct reports timecards in KronosWrite/conduct performance appraisals for direct reportsHandle e-mail & telephone inquiriesBackup for other Supervisors in their absenceAssist in other AP assignments when requestedQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Experience:             5 – 8 years of Accounts Payable experience                                    1 – 2 years of Supervisory experience                       Education:               Associates Degree in Accounting or EquivalentSkills:                        Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.SAP Proficient/ SAPS4OutlookStrong communication skillsStrong organization skillsKnowledge of SAP Ariba a plusPVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
