The AP Associate is responsible for verifying the accuracy of information keyed into the Accounts Payable system and ensuring correct posting of invoices. Issuance of new vendor #s & maintenance of existing vendor #s in all global divisions in compliance with Company policies. Maintain vendor files and assist in preparation of yearly 1099s within IRS requirements.
