About VENUS The Accountant I is responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly transactions, account reconciliations, and month-end journal entries. • Completes journal entries, schedules and financial analysis for month-end closing and reporting. • Completes journal entries and schedules for year-end closing, audit and reporting. Qualifications • Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Great Plains accounting software, QOP database.
