Accountant for fashion company

Due to growth leading fashion company seeks an accountant in Secaucus ¿ Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions... ¿ Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts ¿ Prepare and send invoices to clients promptly ¿ Follow up on overdue payments and communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices ¿ Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements ¿ Prepare financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements ¿ Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes ¿ Monitor financial data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement ¿ Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations ¿ Perform bank reconciliation ¿ Record daily financial transactions ¿ Manage all accounts receivable accounts and collection efforts ¿ Conduct customer credit checks and monitoring ¿ Perform account analysis to determine risk factors ¿ Process accounts payable payments and maintain vendor files ¿ Generate and record invoices ¿ Analyze chargebacks ¿ Reconcile transaction details between Bill.com and QBO ¿ Post journal entries ¿ Handle ad-hoc projects ¿ Expected in office 5x a week 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Requirements: ¿ Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role. ¿ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online. ¿ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. ¿ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
