Job Description Enter and maintain orders for specified accounts, regions or brands Check for accuracy on orders Understand customer's requirements, such as labels, routing guidelines, and other DO's and Don'ts Cross check other account Services orders. Communicate and discrepancies on orders to salesreps Review Edi orders and check for accuracy, process said orders Work with production on identifying any potential issues such as orders not placed, meeting minimums and late deliveries Warehouse Review daily issues logs with the team, answer any pending issues in a timely manner Work with Sanjeev, production and Jatin to prioritize containers based on division needs Work closely with routing team on any routing issues, allocations of goods, partial shipping of goods and prerouting Work with compliance on any compliance issues Chargebacks and Credit Department Work with the AR team on releasing orders in a timely manner Keep constant communication with AR on any chargeback related issues and provide documentation needed to confirm or fight chargebacks Create and maintain price adjustments, markdowns and credits for review to sign off. Salary Range: The pay range of this position is $21.63 - $24.03.
