Job Description Major Responsibilities: Process, input & track all new orders and reorders for customers into the first cost computer system. Constant communication with our China offices regarding order details, updates, customer guidelines/procedures, special pattern details, samples, proformas, letters of credits, and shipping information. Experience: At least 3-5 years of customer service/account management experience. Salary Range: The pay range of this position is $21 - $24/Hr Actual rate will be determined based off candidate’s skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors.
