Position Overview
-----------------

We are seeking an Account Services Representative to support North American wholesale accounts and help manage the lifecycle of customer orders from placement through delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer service, account management, operations, and data analysis in a fast-paced environment.

The position works extensively within Excel and serves as a key liaison between customers, sales teams, logistics, planning, finance, and distribution partners to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
--------------------

### Order & Account Management

* Manage customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle
* Process order revisions, cancellations, and updates
* Monitor order deadlines, shipping timelines, and delivery performance
* Resolve order status issues and address customer inquiries
* Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule

### Customer Service

* Manage a high-volume shared inbox as the primary point of contact
* Support wholesale business accounts with:
+ Order revisions
+ Returns
+ Shipping issues and missing cartons
+ Order status requests
+ Distribution center related questions
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

### Reporting & Analytics

* Utilize Excel extensively, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting tools
* Analyze order data and business metrics
* Provide reporting and insights to support operational decisions
* Assist with customer chargeback investigations and resolution efforts

### Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Partner with Sales Representatives, Planning, Logistics, Finance, Distribution Centers, and Supply Chain teams
* Communicate shipping delays, inventory constraints, and order updates
* Support initiatives that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
--------------

* Previous experience in customer service, account management, order management, operations, or supply chain support
* Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
* Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
* Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

### Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with SAP
* Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
* Bachelor's degree in a related field

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
