Manage customer VDF seasonal daily dropship orders & reports. (packaging, ticketing, labeling, etc) Communicate process recommendations as needed to resolve and prevent chargebacks Maintain effective communication between Sales, EB-Asia, vendors, customers, merchandising, production, planning and 3PL Distribution.Key Interfaces:Wholesale Sales, Merchant/Planning/Accounting/Import teams Wholesale Partner Buying/Logistical/Marketing teams Sourcing Team Logistics and Distribution VendorsQualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Excellent customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communications skills Ability to work in multiple data entry systems and EDI knowledge Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
