POSITION SUMMARY Sells Lyssé ready-to-wear collection featuring a wide offering of basic and fashion leggings, pants, tops, skirts, dresses and active wear clothing by contacting prospective independent specialty retailers and boutiques that offer women’s apparel within a defined geographic territory and/or category. The primary focus for this position is to open and grow retailer doors within the assigned territory. Requirements: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Consultative selling skills and a keen eye for fashion Strong professional OUTBOUND telephone/zoom presence Polished professional presence and demeanor Solid understanding of basic sales methods/techniques Strong relationship building and closing skills Ability to make decisions and work with little supervision Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple priorities Dynamic, organized, detailed and time management oriented Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Strong problem solving skills Self-confident, self-motivated, self-starter, flexible, results-oriented and success driven Proficient with MS Office applications Ability to travel 5-10% (may include weekends for tradeshows) This is a salary plus commission position, located in on the border of Fishers/Indy.
