ACCOUNT MANAGER, AMAZON DIGITAL MARKETING

The Account Manager will create and implement sales and margin plans for individual accounts. This position will develop sales plans to accounts and built and maintain key relationships with all major accounts in assigned area of responsibility. Responsibilities: Key Accountabilities: Manage Amazon Vendor Central platform on a daily basis, inclusive of new product uploads, site audits and order tracking Work closely with our Amazon account manager on various projects and needs for the business Day-to-day management includes on-site content improvements, inventory management, pricing, and promotional activities, ensuring a perfect store online and the best consumer experience Conduct extensive digital shelf, category, and competitive analysis, striving for category leadership Work closely with cross functional team to ensure day to day operations are running correctly and improvement projects are on track, ensuring chargebacks mitigation Track and analyze sales and profitability reports and recommend and implement opportunities for sales improvement Oversee the processing of all orders and work with service and Logistics to ensure timely product flow to accounts Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree 1+ year(s) of Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central experience Required 2+ years of e-Commerce sales/account management experience Skills and Behaviors: Ability to build key relationships with major accounts Excellent planning and organizational skills Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment Excellent sales and negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have drive, initiative, and enthusiasm High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Must be a team player Strong leadership skills
