Report directly to the Senior Executive of Sales and represent accounts such as Walmart, Kmart/Sears, Target, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Home Depot, Lowes Preparation for sales presentations, which includes costing/quote sheets, gathering and labeling samples and working with design on fabric specifications. Daily communication with design, sourcing, customer service, production, forecasting, packaging, imports, China office and factories to maintain order status and follow up on open issues. Ran weekly meetings to review timelines and ensure all functional teams were on track with sample approvals, testing, production and shipping. Daily communication with Buyers and Assistant Buyers for samples, approvals, quotes, orders, forecasting and POS. Complete customer quote sheets, item set up forms, and product information sheets.
