Account Management Leader- Fashion

We’re looking for a proactive Account Manager to drive vendor success and business growth in the U.S. market, focusing on the sneaker and fashion industry. You’ll manage vendor relationships, oversee daily operations, analyze sales and inventory data, coordinate marketing efforts, and ensure smooth order fulfillment. This role requires strong communication, data analysis, and project coordination skills to help vendors scale and achieve revenue targets. Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Account Management or Business Development, with 3+ years in the e-commerce industry • Industry knowledge in sneakers, luxury goods, handbags, watches, and hype sectors • Strong awareness of market trends and category insights (distribution channels, bestsellers, consumer behavior, etc.) • Familiarity with the U.S. market, e-commerce supply chains, business operations, and industry verticals • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven, proactive, and excellent communication skills • Strong project coordination skills and ability to promote and lead cross-departmental collaboration • Data-savvy with strong logical thinking; able to leverage data for problem-solving • Confident in presentations and both verbal and written communication • Extroverted with excellent interpersonal skills • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment • Highly organized, detail-oriented • Proficient in Excel and relevant software tools • Bachelor's degree or higher required • Both English and Chinese proficiency
