Account Executive - Women's Fashion

WHOLESALE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Fun, Women’s designer clothing company seeks a positive, upbeat, and driven sales professional to aggressively grow territory sales while building lasting client relationships.

The ideal candidate possesses strong sales, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. They should be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment, managing resources effectively, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Relationship building is key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Build, maintain, and grow relationships with major wholesale accountsCommunicate daily with accounts to review existing business opportunities and drive sales growthGenerate new business through cold calling, outreach, and territory researchTrack and record sales metrics throughout the sales processMeet and exceed financial and territory sales goalsAdvise accounts on immediate goods availability and manage sell-through opportunities and substitutionsImplement strategic sales initiatives to grow assigned territoriesSchedule and travel to market appointments and regional trade shows (minimum 6 times annually - typically 5 days per market.)Ensure orders are processed and shipped completely and efficientlyCollaborate with team members in a busy office environment while maintaining strong independent workflowQualifications:

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skillsPositive, upbeat personality with a relationship-focused mindsetExcellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilitiesIndependent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactiveComfortable with cold outreach and account developmentTeam player with a strong work ethicProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and WordComputer savvy; familiarity with A2000 is a plus (training provided)Ability to type 50 WPMAbility to travel to assigned regional marketsDetails:
