ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Hybrid

Responsible for the day-to-day support and account relationships of Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Nordstrom, and Holt Renfrew Key Responsibilities: Sales Support Senior Wholesale Manager with managing key existing department store accounts for womenswear categories: RTW, Swim, Accessories Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with store teams including buying, planning, marketing and logistics teams Support product lifecycle from market to markdown in order to drive visibility and profitability in store while aligning with Zimmermann objectives Work closely with SWM and buying teams on assortment planning at a door level Post market follow up: Send & file Order Confirmations, T&Cs Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and finance, to ensure timely shipping and payment Collaborate with the Wholesale VM Coordinator on in-store presentations, providing feedback and support as needed to maximize visibility and productivity in store When required, travel outside of NYC to visit B&M department store locations to perform duties including but not limited to; staff training, product knowledge clinics, visual merchandising and general sales support Analysis, research and reporting Save out weekly selling reports and analyze weekly sales performance by account with SWM, collecting key insights and identifying areas for improvement Update and analyze door level selling reports for accounts and address issues or opportunities with SWM and applicable brand ambassador Report and present seasonally on sales performance and collection feedback for each account and door to inform future opportunities Collaborate with the Wholesale Business Planner on all business analysis to inform future seasons and ensure all opportunities are recognized Monitor industry trends Track and maintain travel expenses Complying with instructions given for your own health and safety and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures. Co-operating with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations. Not willfully or recklessly interfering with safety equipment Skills and Specifications Previous experience working with US department stores 3+ years in fashion wholesale, preferably in AE role A thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite and moderate proficiency in Excel including V-lookups, pivot tables Strong analytical skills and understanding of retail math Outstanding written and oral communication skills Superior business and negotiation skills Willingness to travel Collaborative and team-oriented A genuine passion and understanding of luxury designer fashion Key Performance Indicators Maximizes all sales opportunities across department store network; indent orders and in-season reorders to achieve sales goals and boost profitability Consistently manages all customer relationships Collaborates on and, effectively follows sales strategy in line as outlined out by Senior Wholesale Manager and VP of Global Wholesale Regularly analyzes data and reporting to inform decision-making Supports Wholesale team by contributing to the organization and general management of administrative tasks such as sample monitoring and send-outs, booking market appointments and receiving sample shipments Consistently follows all company policies Only short-listed applicants will be contacted.
