Account Executive

Summary:  Serve as the direct link between the Company and our current/ prospective new clients, manage day-to-day affairs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for selling multiple product lines to department and/or specialty stores Manage retail accounts on a daily basis Develop and build strong relationships through verbal and written communication with buyers and DMMs Follow-up with Customer Service to ensure that orders are entered on a timely basis Report to CEO on a daily basis Contribute to cultivation of new accounts and opportunities to expand business with existing accounts Partner with customers to communicate and execute brand positioning and key strategic initiatives for the brand Regularly travel to market and customer locations to meet with regional leadership and ensure proper in-store execution Manage profitability of accounts (discounts, returns, chargebacks, etc.) Develop and execute sales plans for all accounts Review retail sell-through by style on a weekly basis Work closely with the Production team on costing, quality and on time delivery Mentor and train Jr. Account Executives
