Better Contemporary Women’s Contemporary multi-line showroom seeking an Account Executive based in Los Angeles or New York. Potential candidates should have relevant industry experience and be comfortable working in a fast paced, busy environment. Travel and road work are required. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of showroom maintenance Provide Sales weekly, monthly and yearly goals by territory Schedule road appointments and travel and oversee all aspects of road trips from start to finish Maintain and grow existing account base Must have strong, existing buyer relationships Oversee sample management and coordination Run sales reports for all brands, track progress in meeting and beating sales goals Analyze current business, set goals and be innovative in coming up with ways to grow our current business for all brands Compile feedback from accounts, provide detailed recaps to Sales Manager and all brands Manage all account follow up including customer service, order maintenance, RA’s, and more Requirements: At least 3 years + experience in the women’s contemporary wholesale industry Must have current Midwest and East Coast contacts Previous sales experience with a proven track record in women’s apparel a must Stellar references required Knowledge of the women’s contemporary market and trends Proficiency in Showroom Exchange, JOOR, Nu Order, Excel and Microsoft Office Highly organized, efficient, proactive, communicative, professional and strong attention to detail with immense follow up skills Analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills a must Professional, upbeat and positive can do attitude
