Job Description Overview: This position manages the business relationship between the major accounts, sales representatives and the company.Major Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):* Maintains and builds relationships with key decision makers* Reviews trends with buyers* Implements season profitability plans* Reviews weekly sales performance* Analyzes customer business opportunities* Conducts presentations and meetings with key customers* Recommends and implements marketing strategies* Participates in shoe shows* Coordinates merchandisingRequirements:* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required* Minimum of 3 years related experience* Detail-oriented, assertive and able to work in a multi-task, fast-paced environment* Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service and time management skills essential Salary Range: The pay range of this position is $24 - $27/Hr. Actual rate will be determined based off candidate’s skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
