The Customer Service Associate performs all register transactions, including Returns/ Exchanges, Layaways, and Employee purchases accurately and efficiently in accordance with Forman Mills policies and procedures. Responsible for meeting or exceeding a fast and friendly customer checkout Ensure outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting and thanking each customer in a positive approachable manner. Ensures all customer transactions are handled in a timely professional manner Present a positive image towards all team members, customers and the community. Responsible for accurately scanning all merchandise to prevent any inventory adjustments Responsible to handle all cash transaction and providing accurate change. The ability to work in different areas of the store such as selling floor, fitting room, and receiving as directed by supervisors and management.
