The PT Front-end Manager is responsible for the cash office, central checkouts and customer service areas of the store. Clear, concise communications with the Managers is essential. The Front-end Manger will train and cross train all cashiers to provide acceptable levels of customer service, perform and execute all service desk and cashiering policies and procedures as outlined in the Cashier Training Manuals as well as Cash Office functions. Must be able to provide hands on training, multitask, evaluate and react to performance issues with strong communication, customer service and leadership skills. · May be required to lift up to 40 lbs.
