As a part of the Store Operations team, you fulfill and create the initial experience our customers have with the store. Become a part of this integral team now! \- Execute and complete daily activities including: \- Pick Up In Store Orders \- Search and pick merchandise from selling floor and stock rooms for Pick Up in Store orders \- Prepare orders for Customer Pickup (remove sensors, bag merchandise, bring to store determined stockroom) \- Shippable Fulfillment Orders \- Retrieve merchandise that sales teams have picked from stockrooms \- Match picked goods to sales checks \- Prepare and pack merchandise for shipment (remove sensors, wrap merchandise according to Wrap & Pack Standards, create shipment label) \- Maintain Clean, Neat & Organized Workspace \- Drive sales by achieving/exceeding Company Determined Fill Rate Standard for BOPS/SDD orders \- Deliver outstanding customer service through BOPS/SDD order completion within Company Determined Standard/Goal \- Ensure Accuracy & Quality Assurance of completed orders prior to shipping \- Work with selling team to ensure shippable orders are picked and shipped within the Company Time Standard \- Ensure 100% compliance with all Bloomingdale's Wrap & Pack Standards
