job description  Who Are You:Generates a variety of approaches to problem solving including new and novel ideasConsistently delivers on goals, requires limited coaching to achieve targeted resultsBrings others together when needed, builds morale and spirit in their teamCan effectively translate a strategy in an actionable planYou Also Have: Experience in cleaning, spotting, and minor repair of high-end merchandise.Background in skills such as: leather, knits, cleaning / repair, etc. is preferred.Pressing and spotting skills is desired.Knowledge of Alterations industry including fabrication and styling of luxury merchandise is preferred.Demonstrate sound business judgment and organizational ability.Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team oriented environment that requires a degree of multi-tasking with limited supervision.Is open to learning and developing new skills and processes.High school graduate or equivalent required.Solid computer skills in Microsoft Office applications necessary.As The Returns Workroom Associate, you will:  Focus on achieving and exceeding individual performance and productivity goals.Maintain a consistent high level of customer service by creating and developing excellent customer relationships.Follow all Saks policies and procedures.Follow all alteration workroom policies and procedures.Ability to utilize expertise to make decisions to minimize Mark-out-of-Stock potential for Saks  merchandise through alterations, spotting, cleaning, etc.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Support company and TNDC department initiatives.Under direction from the Manager and/or Lead, the Workroom associate is responsible for reclaiming merchandise to “factory fresh” condition within established timeframe standards while working effectively with other team members within the TNDC.
