Poise: Ability to stay calm under pressure 1-3 years of operations experience in a contact center, bank or retail environment Ability to work independently and multi-task. As The POS Agent, you will: The POS Agent will be responsible for reviewing the approved Order/Refund (ORC) cases that are in the POS Saks Queue and processing refunds/adjustments utilizing a physical POS register inside a Saks-owned facility.
