job description What This Position is All AboutAs a 1st Shift Cycle Counter, you are part of the larger inventory distribution center operation. This role is crucial to ensuring inventory accuracy and efficiency.Who You Are: Ability to present recommendations in a professional and impactful way with excellent communication.Proven ability to perform complex analyses and identify solutions to resolve specific business needsStrong ability to dissect, analyze and solve complex problems in a timely manner. You Also Have: Minimum of a high school education. 1-3 years of experience in a retail, wholesale, or direct to consumer inventory control function, preferably in an automated environment.APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) certification a plus.Excellent basic math skillsMicrosoft Office Suite Intermediate Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)Flexible in work hours.Essential, sustainable physical requirements include: standing for long periods of time (up to 10 hours), lifting up to 30 lbs repeatedly, walking long distances repeatedly, bending, stooping, climbing ladders or stairs, manual dexterity, push or pull up to 50 lbs.Demonstrate an understanding with a major WMS package.
